About Ingeborg

Ingeborg  has a PGDip from Royal Academy of Music in London and  graduated from Royal Danish Opera Academy in Copenhagen. Ingeborg had her debut in 2010 as 4th Maid and covering 5th Maid in Peter Konwitschny's production of Richard Strauss’ Elektra at the Royal Danish Opera. Since then she has sung Carmen and Mercedes (Bizets Carmen) Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), Hänsel (Humperdincks Hänsel und Gretel), Flora (Verdis La Traviata) , Laura (Ponchielli's La Gioconda), Emilia (Verdis Otello), La Voix in Offenbachs The Tales of Hoffmann, and Maria in Piazollas Maria de Buenos Aires at a wide range of theatres in Europe.

Ingeborg has been a soloist with Copenhagen Philharmonics, Odense Symphony Orchestra, Opera Hedeland., The Royal Danish Orchestra, Danish Chamber Players, Malmø Opera orchestra, Aarhus Simfonietta and Bochumer Philharmonie.

She was a semi-finalist in the Lauritz Melchior International Singing Competition 2017 and has been elected for participation in the Gerda Lissner International Singing Competition (NYC) in the Wagner cathegory.

Future productions incklude her debut as "Maddalena" in Verdi's Rigoletto with Opera Hedeland and "Muschel" in Strauss' opera "Die Aegyptische Helena" with Fulham Opera.
