About Ingeborg Børch

Ingeborg  is a graduate from Royal Academy of Music in London and the Royal Danish Opera Academy in Copenhagen. She had her debut in 2010 at the Royal Danish Opera and has since then  sung a large range of both bogger and smaller roles at stages around Europe. These roles include Carmen, Mercedes (Bizet Carmen) Suzuki (Pucchini, Madama Butterfly), Hänsel (Humperdincks Hänsel und Gretel), Maddalena, Giovanna (Verdis Rigoletto) , Laura (Ponchielli, La Gioconda), Emilia (Verdi, Otello), La Voix (Offenbach, The Tales of Hoffmann, and Maria (Piazolla Maria de Buenos Aires).

Ingeborg has been a soloist with Copenhagen Philharmonics, Odense Symphony Orchestra, Opera Hedeland., The Royal Danish Orchestra, Danish Chamber Players, Malmø Opera orchestra, Aarhus Simfonietta and Bochumer Philharmonie.

Future productions include Klytämnistra in Richars Strauss' Elektra and Fricka in The Ring Cycle wirh Fulham Opera 2022-2024. She will also be covering the main role as "Anna" in the Royal Danish Theatres production of Kurt Weill's "Die 7 Todsünden" in May 2022.
